Grow Your Business Online - Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP)

What is it?

This grant offers $2,400 to assist Canadian businesses in partnering with a marketing agency to boost their online sales through the adoption of e-commerce technology. If you run a service-based business, the updates or rebuilding of your website will include an online booking system, allowing customers to schedule appointments with you or your team automatically.

Who is it for?

This grant is designed for Canadian businesses that have either generated $30,000 in revenue in the past year (with filed taxes) or have at least one employee who has been with your company for a minimum of 3 months (with T4 filed).

What does it cover?

This grant specifically covers the integration of e-commerce technology into your existing website or the creation of a new website. We’ve created a specific package for this grant which your business can take advantage of!

Digital Transformation Grant Program - Digital Main Street (DMS)

What is it?

This grant gives your business access to an online course built around learning digital marketing skills at your own pace, along with a $2,500 grant that your business can allocate toward professional marketing services.

Who is it for?
The grant is specifically intended for brick-and-mortar businesses with 1-50 employees (with T4s filed).
What does it cover?
This grant assists businesses in offsetting the cost of digital marketing services. You can hire an agency for marketing or website development, or use the funds for digital tools for a DIY marketing approach. Boost Your Business Technology Grant - Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP)

What is it?

This grant covers the $15,000 cost of a certified digital advisor who will create a digital adoption marketing strategy for your business. Once this strategy is in place, you gain access to a $50,000- $100,000 interest-free loan for 6 years to invest in your strategy, a $7,300 wage subsidy per employee 30 years old or younger, plus access to all future program benefits.

Who is it for?
To be eligible, your business must have generated $500,000 in gross revenue within the last 3 years (with filed taxes), have at least 1 employee (with T4 filed), be a corporation or sole proprietorship, and, like the grants mentioned above, have access to your CRA account.
What does it cover?

This grant specifically covers the cost of the digital adoption plan created by a certified digital advisor. Once you have the plan, you can access the interest-free loan, which must be used for digital marketing services, as well as the employee wage subsidy.

BC Businesses Only- Workplace Accessibility Grant (SBBC)

What is it?

The Workplace Accessibility Grant in British Columbia offers financial aid to small businesses to enhance workplace accessibility. This grant reimburses up to $5,000 to eligible businesses for projects aimed at removing barriers and improving accessibility within their workplaces. Upon approval, businesses must submit proof of expenses for the project, which will be reimbursed via Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF).

Who is it for?

To be eligible, your business must be registered and licensed in British Columbia at the time of submission and have less than 50 employees, including the business owner.

What does it cover?

This grant specifically covers the cost of projects that remove barriers in the workplace. Some examples are; job task checklists in pictorial form, ASL version of policies, application forms accessible to screen readers, reprinting hardcopies of material in large font, Braille versions of documents, updating web pages for accessibility, etc.
