Full Terms for Affiliate Program
- Referral Eligibility: To qualify for the commission per business, referred businesses must meet our grant criteria and successfully pass our approval process. We reserve the right to evaluate each referral based on our own discretion. Each affiliate can cash out after qualifying a minimum of three businesses.
- Minimum Referral Requirement: In order to cash out your commissions, you must have at least three referred businesses approved for our grants. Once you meet this threshold, you can request a payout.
- Payout Process: We understand the importance of timely compensation. As soon as your referred businesses are approved, we offer fast and convenient payment via e-transfer on the same day. Please ensure you provide accurate and up-to-date payment details to avoid any delays.
- Partnered Affiliates: Our “Partnered Affiliates” enjoy an exclusive status within our program. They have proven their reliability and dedication, and as a result, are eligible to request immediate payment even before their referrals are approved. This exceptional benefit is limited to a select number of trusted affiliates who consistently deliver high-quality leads.
- Marketing Guidelines: We value consistency and professionalism in our brand representation. As an affiliate, we request that you adhere to our marketing guidelines when promoting our program. We will provide you with pre-approved promotional materials and support to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Compliance: As an affiliate, it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing affiliate marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with anti-spam laws, respecting intellectual property rights, and providing accurate information about our services. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your affiliate account.
- Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as an affiliate to regularly review and familiarize yourself with the current terms. Continued participation in our program constitutes acceptance of any modifications made.
- Ethical Business Practices: We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and expect the same from our affiliates. By joining our program, you agree to engage in fair and honest business practices. This includes refraining from misleading or deceptive marketing tactics, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of customer information, and acting in the best interest of the businesses you refer.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at our discretion, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to non-compliance with these terms, fraudulent activities, or conduct that tarnishes our brand reputation.
- Relationship: This agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Arkwell Agency. You are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations.
- Communication: We will communicate important updates, promotions, and program-related information to you via email or through our affiliate portal. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date and check your email and the portal regularly.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
